Theodore W. Zwiesler is responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of component applications supporting clients and drug testing information. Mr. Zwiesler also monitors the connections coming from and going to state agencies to ensure continuous operation. Prior to joining the Institute, he worked as a programmer for the National Institute of Standards and Technology and for Lamarian Systems and Information Concepts, Inc. Mr. Zwiesler holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
