With expertise in quantitative and qualitative assessment, as well as business process re-engineering, the Institute for Governmental Service and Research (IGSR) performs evaluation studies, opinion surveys, data analysis, strategic planning consultation, training, and technical assistance. IGSR partners with local governments, state and federal agencies, university researchers, and community organizations on projects that strengthen government effectiveness and efficiency, promote evidence-based practices, and improve policy and outcomes.
