Shawn M. Flower is responsible for assisting with evaluation design, data collection, and statistical analysis. Employing rigorous methodologies, Dr. Flower has been a program evaluator in the field of criminal justice research since 2002 providing criminal justice services that focus on issues of prisoner re-entry, female offenders, and community corrections. She has a solid foundation working with program administrators, direct service providers, and funding agencies, and she is also a lecturer for the University of Maryland's Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice. Shawn holds a Ph.D. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland College Park.
