Janae Stubbs conducts SMART training for Maryland's substance abuse treatment providers in the following counties: Caroline, Kent, Queen Anne, Talbot, Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester. Ms. Stubbs also provides training on the billing components of the SMART application. She has an extensive training background coupled with experience in software documentation. Prior to joining the Institute, Ms. Stubbs was training manager at West Asset Management, and she also worked for a number of years in the financial sector. Ms. Stubbs holds an M.B.A. from Strayer University and a B.A. in Political Science from Morgan State University.
