Carlton Rice provides technical and business consulting support to the Institute's website and Intranet infrastructures and develops administrative tools. He has more than 35 years of experience in IT and data communications in both private industry and government. Mr. Rice ran his own consulting firm for over 20 years in the areas of technical product management, business strategy, and global data network design. He holds an M.B.A. in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland and a B.E.S. in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
