C. David Crumpton is responsible for assisting with designing and implementing studies of courts and other state and local government agencies. Dr. Crumpton has an extensive consulting, public administration, and academic background, which includes research, teaching, publishing, and executive management in the private sector. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy from Portland State University, a Master's in Public Administration from University of Georgia, and a B.A. in Sociology from Clemson University.
